Post-doctoral positions (CREAL) in Environmental Epidemiology

The Center for Research in Environmental Epidemiology, (CREAL) in Barcelona, Spain – www.creal.cat – has regular openings for post-docs in environmental epidemiology. CREAL develops advanced epidemiologic research on the environmental determinants of human health. Research work at CREAL focuses on asthma, COPD, atherosclerosis, cancer, child health, the long-term effects of environmental pollution such as air-pollutants, water contaminants, organochlorinated compounds, and also work on gene-environment interactions.

A strong background in epidemiology is a prerequisite. We expect good writing and communication skills in English. Good knowledge of a local language (such as Spanish and/or Catalan) is an advantage. You will be part of an active multidisciplinary international team. You will mostly work in the vibrant city of Barcelona. Your office will be in the new biomedical research park, PRBB.
